The Maximum depth: 40m
Visibility: 10 – 20m
As you leave Los Gigantes port and before you get to Punta de Teno, you will find this attractive diving site. It is situated 300 meters from the coast right off the Masca Ravine.
Untill you reach the barrier, the sea bed is rock with some sandy areas, in the sandy areas its is not difficult to observe stingrays laying around, and between the rocks comb groupers, trumpetfish, white breams, canary drum, swallwtail seaperches, brown scorpionfish etc…
Route:
It is a deep dive and therefore recommend to experienced divers. We anchor in 20 meters and going westward until reaching the barrier which is at 40 meters, parallel to the coast.
As we explore the wall we will find small caves, we the go back to the top of the barrier and up the anchor, making the neccessary decompression stops.
